Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt by 125win's payment processing systems. 125win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in MYR. 125win does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside of 125win's control and are the Player's responsibility.
Funds deposited to your 125win Account are held in segregated accounts maintained separately from 125win's operational funds. This arrangement is maintained in accordance with 125win's licensing obligations.

By the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 125win customer support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available real-money Balance. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure unless otherwise determined at 125win's discretion.
By 125win: 125win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account with or without notice where:
Where an Account is terminated for cause, 125win may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms no wrongdoing, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.
